PureAuto provides mobile car detailing and cleaning services. Our services are delivered at your location by our trained professionals. Service availability may vary by location.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made through our mobile application. Cancellation policies:
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled service
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
5. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment solutions. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, PureAuto is not liable for any pre-existing damage or conditions. We recommend documenting your vehicle's condition before service. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
